Return eligibility depends on the product listing, stated condition, order circumstances, and applicable law.
Before sending an item
Contact support with the order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request. Do not send an item back until return instructions are provided.
Item condition
Surplus, open-box, used, refurbished, and parts-only items can have different return eligibility. The product listing and any written order terms control; no unstated warranty or return period should be assumed.
Freight and transit issues
Freight returns require coordination. For transit damage, keep all packaging materials and the damaged item, take photographs, note visible damage on carrier paperwork when possible, and file a claim directly with the carrier. USA Supply Group is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
