Shipping information

USA Supply Group quotes shipping before payment and separates eligible parcel orders from items that require measurements or freight review.

Where we ship

USA Supply Group ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Parcel orders

Eligible parcel orders receive the available shipping method and rate before payment. A tracking email is sent after the shipment is processed and a tracking number exists.

Freight and measurement review

Items that lack approved package measurements or require freight handling cannot proceed through parcel checkout. Use the freight quote request so availability, delivery requirements, and the exact total can be reviewed before payment.

Transit damage

If a shipment appears damaged, note visible damage on the carrier paperwork when possible, keep all packaging materials and the damaged item, take photographs, and file a claim directly with the carrier. USA Supply Group is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Claim outcomes are not guaranteed.
